2026-07-11 - The Goat's Account of the Great Bob Escape

(as remembered by a goat with questionable judgment)

I was behind TTK headquarters, enjoying a delicious cardboard box — vintage, slightly damp, excellent texture — when I heard Bob screaming something about "taco torture." Naturally, I trotted over. I love drama almost as much as I love eating things I shouldn't.

Inside, Stranger was threatening Bob with spicy tacos. I respected this. Spicy tacos are dangerous. I once ate one and briefly forgot how gravity worked.

Then Lady Kara appeared, doing her "I'm definitely not here to break someone out" face. The guards fell for it instantly. Humans are so easy to distract. You just need confidence and maybe a shiny object.

Suddenly Funky Lion dropped from the ceiling like a furry chandelier. He unlocked Bob's cell with a tool he absolutely stole from someone important. Bob burst out yelling: "GOAT, BEHOLD MY FREEDOM!" I didn't ask for this level of attention, but I accepted it.

They ran. They tripped. They argued about whose fault it was. I followed because someone dropped a tortilla on the floor and I'm not wasteful. But before I could leave the building, Stranger spotted me. His eyes narrowed. His jaw clenched. His taco spices trembled with rage. "YOU," he said, pointing at me like I was a criminal mastermind. I bleated politely.

The Interrogation (If You Can Call It That)

Stranger dragged me into a side room, sat me in a chair, and paced like a detective in a crime drama. "Where did they go?" he demanded. I stared at him. "Are you working with APX?" I chewed on the chair leg. "Did Kara bribe you? Did Funky recruit you? Did Bob promise you… something?" I burped. Stranger slammed his hands on the table. "TALK!" I talked. It sounded like: "Mrrrreeeeehhh." He took notes anyway.

After ten minutes of this, Stranger threw his notebook across the room. "This is useless. You're useless. Why am I interrogating a goat." I took this opportunity to eat the notebook.

The Great Goat Escape

While Stranger was lamenting his life choices, I casually trotted out the door, down the hall, past two confused guards, and out into the night. Then I ran — full speed — back toward APX. Not because I'm loyal. Not because I'm brave. But because someone dropped another tortilla on the road and I follow the food.

Return to APX

I arrived just in time to see APX celebrating Bob's return. Some cheered. Some groaned. One person said, "Oh no, he brought the goat again." I bleated triumphantly.

Back in TTK, I'm pretty sure Stranger was still yelling at the empty chair. Justice.
